Lifetimely: What Happens to My Data When I Cancel My Plan?

What happens when you cancel

Cancelling your Lifetimely subscription means uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. Once you do this:

  • All account data โ€” orders, costs, reports, and settings โ€” is permanently deleted within 48 hours, as required by Shopify's app partner policies.
  • You will no longer be billed from your next billing cycle.
  • Your data cannot be recovered after deletion.

What if I re-install later?

You can reinstall Lifetimely at any time. However, because your previous data has been deleted, the app will start a fresh historical sync from your Shopify store. Depending on your store size, this sync takes between 30 minutes and 24 hours to complete.

Any cost data (product costs, shipping rates, transaction fees, custom costs) you had previously configured will need to be re-entered manually โ€” it is not stored after deletion.
