What if I don’t know how many orders I get each month?

Your best guess is fine. On paid plans you’ll have a 14-day free trial to adjust as needed. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime.

What if my monthly order volume fluctuates?

Order limit notifications are only sent if you exceed your plan’s order limits for two consecutive months. A one-time spike won’t trigger a change.

What happens if I exceed my plan’s order limits?

If you exceed the limits for two consecutive months, you’ll receive a notification and guidance on how to upgrade.

Why does Lifetimely charge based on order volume?

Because the more numbers we crunch, the more resources are required. This ensures pricing is fair - high-volume stores get the support they need, while lower-volume stores aren’t subsidizing the data processing of larger ones.

How does the free trial work?

All paid accounts include a 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won’t be charged.

What are the limitations of the free plan?

The free plan includes all features, but is limited to 50 orders per calendar month. If you exceed this, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan.

How do the support tiers work?
