Post Purchase: Pixel Tracking

How pixel tracking works on the post-purchase page
The post-purchase page is rendered by Shopify between checkout and the thank you page. Because of this, pixel tracking behaviour on this page is governed by Shopify's Customer Events framework — not by the Post Purchase Upsell app.
This means conversion pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) need to be configured in Shopify, and Shopify controls whether they fire on the post-purchase page based on your setup and customer consent settings.
Where to configure pixels
Go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Customer Events to manage your tracking pixels and ensure they're set up to fire on post-purchase pages.
