At a glance: View post-purchase analytics across your whole store or per campaign — data updates within 15 minutes of a confirmed order.

Where to find analytics

You can view post-purchase performance data in two places:

  • Home view — shows aggregate analytics across all post-purchase campaigns on your store.
  • Campaign view — click into any individual campaign to see its specific performance metrics.

What's tracked

Post Purchase analytics include:

  • Impressions — how many times an upsell offer was shown
  • Acceptances — how many customers accepted the upsell
  • Acceptance rate — percentage of offers accepted
  • Revenue generated — total additional revenue from accepted upsells

How quickly does data update?

Analytics update on average within 15 minutes of a post-purchase order being confirmed. If you've just set up a campaign and don't see data yet, wait a few minutes after your first test order before checking.
