Lifetimely: Amazon Product Sync Error
At a glance: Amazon product sync errors are usually caused by report feeds set to a non-English language — switch to English to resolve it.
What causes this error?
When Lifetimely can't sync products from your Amazon store, the most common cause is that your Amazon Seller Central report feed language is set to something other than English. Lifetimely requires English-language report feeds to correctly parse product data.
How to fix it
- Log in to Amazon Seller Central.
- Go to Reports → Fulfillment (or the relevant report section for your marketplace).
- Find your report language or locale settings and change it to English.
- Save the change.
The next scheduled data sync — which runs every 6–8 hours — should successfully pull your product information after this change.
Still not syncing after 24 hours?
If products still aren't appearing after the next sync cycle, reach out to our support team and we'll investigate directly. Include your store URL and the approximate time you made the language change.
