Lifetimely: How to connect an Amazon store
Want to track your Amazon performance in Lifetimely? You can easily connect your Amazon Seller Central account and sync your data across multiple marketplaces. Here’s how to connect an Amazon store to Lifetimely:
1. Open the Store Selector
Go to the store dropdown in the left-hand sidebar of your Lifetimely account.
Alternatively, navigate to Settings > Multiple shops and click Add Amazon store.
2. Connect Amazon
Click Connect Amazon button from the Multiple shops tab. This will redirect you to Amazon’s login screen.
3. Choose Your Amazon Marketplace
Select the Amazon marketplace you want to connect (e.g. Amazon US, Amazon UK, etc.).
You can always add more marketplaces later.
4. Authorize Lifetimely Access
Log in with your Amazon Seller Central credentials.
After logging in, you’ll be prompted to authorize Lifetimely. Tick the checkbox at the bottom of the screen and click Confirm.
When you return to Lifetimely, you should see a pop-up window confirming the connection, and your Amazon store should be listed in the Multiple shops tab. Once connected, Lifetimely will begin syncing order and performance data from your Amazon store so you can track customer lifetime value (LTV), profitability, and behavior alongside your Shopify data.

Yes! When setting up your Amazon store connection, you can select a specific marketplace (like Amazon US or UK). If you sell in multiple regions, you can connect additional marketplaces later by repeating the setup steps.

Yes, you must have an Amazon Seller Central account. This connection will not work with Amazon Vendor Central or buyer accounts.
