What are Profit Agent credits?

Credits are how we measure your Profit Agent usage. Each time you ask the Profit Agent a question and it responds, a small number of credits is used. More detailed or complex requests may use more credits than quick questions.

How credits work

Every paid plan includes 5,000 Profit Agent credits per month. The allowance is the same on every plan, and your credits reset at the start of each calendar month. The Profit Agent isn't available on the Free plan.

Each conversation with the Profit Agent that gets a response uses credits. Automatic insights that the Profit Agent generates for you don't currently use any credits.

Checking your usage

You can see how many credits you've used and how many you have left under Settings >> Profit Agent.

If you reach your limit

Once you've used your 5,000 monthly credits, the Profit Agent will pause until your credits reset at the start of the next month. You can add more credits at any time if you'd like to keep going.

Adding more credits

You can add 20,000 extra credits for $49 per month:

1. Go to Settings >> Profit Agent.
2. Select the option to purchase the add-on.
3. You'll be taken to Shopify to approve the charge.

Please note that the add-on is a recurring monthly subscription. It renews automatically each month until you remove it. To stop it, remove the add-on subscription from your Shopify admin.
