Lifetimely: How to Connect Yotpo
At a glance
Connect Yotpo to Lifetimely to bring your product reviews and ratings in alongside your profit, customer, and LTV data.
What this enables
- See review ratings across your reports — the average review rating for each product appears next to your sales, margin, and LTV data.
- Ask the Profit Agent about your reviews — the Profit Agent uses both your star ratings and the actual review content in its analysis, for example:
- What are my most highly reviewed products, and what do customers say about them?
- Do my higher-rated products have a higher LTV?
- Which products sell well but have a lower average rating?
What you'll need
- A Yotpo account with API access.
- Your Yotpo API credentials.
- Admin access to your Lifetimely account.
Setup
Step 1 — Get your Yotpo API credentials
- In your Yotpo account, locate your API credentials.
- Copy them.
Step 2 — Open the Yotpo page in Lifetimely
- Go to App Integrations and select Yotpo (or go directly to
https://lifetimely.useamp.com/integrations/yotpo).
Step 3 — Paste your credentials and connect
- Enter your Yotpo credentials.
- Click Save. Lifetimely checks the connection with Yotpo when you save, so an invalid or incomplete entry is flagged straight away.
Once saved, your Yotpo connection is established and your review data begins syncing.
Where you'll see the data
Once connected, your Yotpo review data shows up in several places:
- Profit Agent — answers questions using both your review ratings and the review content, including deep dives that combine reviews with your existing LTV, CAC, and profit data.
- Products report — the average review rating for each product, alongside its sales and margin detail.
- Orders report — open an order to see the review rating on individual line items.
- Repurchase Rate Breakdown — repurchase rate broken down by star rating (for example, how often five-star reviewers repurchase compared with one-star reviewers), and by product.
Notes
- Lifetimely only reads data from Yotpo — it never writes to or changes anything in your Yotpo account.
- Disconnecting Yotpo (the Disconnect button on the integration page) stops the sync and removes your synced Yotpo data from Lifetimely.
