Lifetimely: How to Connect Fairing

Connect Fairing to Lifetimely to bring your post-purchase survey responses — like "how did you hear about us?" — in alongside your profit and customer data, so you can see which answers map to your most valuable customers.

What this enables

See survey responses in context — your Fairing survey answers sit next to your sales, profit, and customer data, so you can break down AOV and LTV by survey response.
Ask the Profit Agent profit questions about your survey data, for example:
- Which survey answers correlate with higher LTV?
- Which stated purchase reason is associated with the highest contribution margin?
- Do customers who cite a specific motivation repurchase faster than others?
Turn any finding into action — the Profit Agent can build Klaviyo-ready segments from a survey answer, with no manual filtering or exporting, and push them straight into Klaviyo.
Build a live dashboard — ask the Profit Agent to create a dashboard comparing LTV, repeat purchase rate, and contribution profit across your top survey answers.

What you'll need

A Fairing account with admin access.
Admin access to your Lifetimely account.

There's nothing to copy or paste — you'll authorise the connection directly with Fairing during setup.

Setup

In Lifetimely, go to App Integrations and select Fairing (or go directly to https://lifetimely.useamp.com/integrations/fairing ).
Click Connect. You'll be taken to Fairing to authorise the connection.
Approve the connection in Fairing. You'll be returned to Lifetimely and the connection completes automatically.

Once connected, your post-purchase survey data begins syncing automatically. The first import can take from a few minutes up to a few hours.

Already connected with an API key?

If you connected Fairing earlier using an API key, that connection keeps working — you don't have to do anything immediately. You'll see a banner in Lifetimely inviting you to reconnect via the newer, more secure OAuth method above. Reconnecting is recommended when it's convenient.

Reconnecting

If you disconnect Fairing from within Fairing, Lifetimely will prompt you to reconnect. Just run through the Connect steps above again to re-authorise.

Notes

Lifetimely only reads data from Fairing — it never writes to or changes anything in your Fairing account.
Disconnecting Fairing (the Disconnect button on the integration page) stops the sync and removes your synced Fairing data from Lifetimely.
