Lifetimely: How to Connect ShipHero

Connect ShipHero to Lifetimely to sync your real shipping label costs into your profit reports, so your margins reflect what you actually paid per label rather than an average.

What this enables

Real ShipHero shipping label costs feed into your Profit & Loss and margin calculations.
Ask the Profit Agent shipping-aware questions, like "Which products are least profitable after shipping?"

Good to know before you connect

Label cost only. The ShipHero integration brings in your shipping label costs. It does not include pick, pack, or storage fees — so it improves the shipping portion of your costs, but your full fulfilment spend may still be understated.
Own warehouse vs 3PL. If you use ShipHero through your own warehouse, label costs come through as expected. If you use ShipHero through a third-party logistics provider (3PL) rather than your own warehouse, the cost data may not be available — the same limitation applies to our other shipping integrations.

What you'll need

A ShipHero account with admin access.
Admin access to your Lifetimely account.

Setup

In Lifetimely, go to Integrations and select ShipHero (or go directly to https://lifetimely.useamp.com/integrations/shiphero ).
Connect your ShipHero account. [Connection steps to be confirmed before publishing.]
Lifetimely tests the connection before saving, so an invalid entry is flagged straight away.

Once saved, your ShipHero label-cost data begins syncing automatically. The first import can take from a few minutes up to a few hours.

Notes

Lifetimely only reads data from ShipHero — it never writes to or changes anything in your ShipHero account.
Disconnecting ShipHero removes the shipping-cost data that came from ShipHero. Costs you imported by CSV are kept. If you want to preserve ShipHero history before disconnecting, export it to CSV first.
