Lifetimely: How to Connect Appstle

If you use Appstle to manage subscriptions, connect it to Lifetimely to track subscriber LTV, churn, MRR, and recurring revenue alongside your profit data.

What this enables

Subscription analytics — churn, MRR, recurring revenue, and cancellation reasons — for your Appstle subscribers, in your Subscriptions report, your P&L, and dashboards.
Ask the Profit Agent questions that put subscriptions next to profit, like "Do my Appstle subscribers have a higher lifetime value than one-time buyers?" or "Which subscription products churn fastest on the second order?"

What you'll need

An Appstle account with admin access.
Admin access to your Lifetimely account.

Thanks to Lifetimely's partnership with Appstle, you can connect on any Appstle plan — you no longer need an Appstle plan that includes API access.

Setup

Connect via the Appstle partnership (recommended)

In Lifetimely, go to App Integrations and select Appstle (or go directly to https://lifetimely.useamp.com/integrations/appstle ).
Click Connect Appstle.
Approve Lifetimely once in your Appstle admin — you'll find this under Settings → Partner Connections. That's it, no API key needed.

Once connected, Lifetimely starts syncing your subscription contracts, subscribers, and rebill orders automatically. The first import can take from a few minutes up to a few hours.

Or connect with an API key

If you're on an Appstle plan that includes API access, you can connect with an API key instead:

In your Appstle admin panel, go to Settings → API Key Management and copy your API key.
On the Appstle page in Lifetimely, expand Or connect with an API key, paste your key, then click Test and Save.

Troubleshooting

Your API key is rejected (API-key method): API keys require an Appstle plan that includes API access. If your key is rejected, either switch to the Connect Appstle partnership option above — which works on any plan and needs no key — or contact Appstle support to enable API access on your plan. Also check the key was copied in full, with no extra spaces.

Where you'll see the data

Once synced, your Appstle subscription data appears in the Subscriptions report (recurring-revenue and subscriber KPIs, plus retention by subscription-start cohort) and is available to the Profit Agent. You can also isolate Appstle specifically using the Subscription Platform filter in the report.

Notes

Lifetimely only reads data from Appstle — it never writes to or changes anything in your Appstle account.
Disconnecting Appstle (the Disconnect button on the integration page) stops the sync and removes your synced Appstle data from Lifetimely.
