Fulfilling preorder items:

1. Verify inventory availability
   • Ensure your preorder products are now in stock and ready to ship
2. Go to Orders
   • From your Shopify admin, navigate to Orders to find your preorder orders
3. Locate preorder orders
   • Look for orders that contain preorder items (these may show as unfulfilled)
4. Fulfill the order
   • Click on the order and select "Fulfill items" to process the shipment
5. Add tracking information
   • Include tracking numbers and shipping carrier details
6. Send notifications
   • Enable customer notifications to inform them their preorder is being shipped

Key considerations:

• You can fulfill part of an order if some items are ready while others aren't
• If you need to extend fulfillment time, you can put orders on hold and inform customers
• For preorders with partial payments, you will need to collect remaining payment manually before fulfilment
