How to adjust order hold durations
- Go to Shopify's Flow app (should be installed as default)
- Create a Flow

Follow the 3 steps created as per image above. For wait duration, set a time equal to maximum minutes you want to wait. We recommend making this at least >1min longer than the countdown timer you might have on our app.
- This ensures shopping experience will be smooth should customers opt into the Upsells on the last few seconds of their countdown timer on the page.
