Why isn’t my bundle discount applying at checkout?

If your bundle discount isn’t showing at checkout, it’s usually caused by your discount configuration settings.

  • Go to Settings in the Bundles by AMP app.
  • Under Discount configurations, check whether it’s set to Apply only if the customer clicks Add to cart from the bundle widget.
  • If this is enabled, the discount will not apply if the customer adds the products individually to their cart.
