Why isn’t my bundle showing on the product page?

If your bundle isn’t appearing where you expect, there are a few common settings to check. In most cases, this is a quick fix.


1. Check the App Embed is enabled

Bundles needs to be enabled in your Shopify theme.

  1. In Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Customize.
  2. Open the Theme Editor for your active theme.
  3. On the left-hand panel, click App embeds.
  4. Make sure AMP | Bundles is toggled ON.
  5. Click Save in the top-right corner.

2. Confirm your campaign status

Only Live campaigns will show on your store.

  • From the Bundles home screen, check the status of your campaign.
  • If it’s set to Draft or Paused, update it to Live.

3. Check product visibility settings

When creating a campaign, you can choose which products the bundle is shown on.

  • Open your campaign and check Offer visibility.
  • Make sure it’s set to display on the correct product pages.

4. Out-of-stock products

By default, if any product in a bundle is out of stock, the entire widget will be hidden.

  • To change this, go to Settings → Out of Stock Behavior.
  • Switch to Show the bundle but disable Add to Cart if you want the widget to remain visible.
