Understanding the Orders Report in Lifetimely

The Orders Report in Lifetimely gives you a detailed breakdown of every individual order, including product details, shipping costs, transaction fees, and profit margin per order.

What You Can See in the Orders Report

The report includes the following data for each order:

Order ID
Order total
Products in the order (click “Show products”)
Shipping cost and shipping cost source
Transaction cost
Handling cost
Refunded amount
Gross margin for that order

You can filter the data by:

Date range
Product tag
Order tag
Or use the search bar to find orders by order number, SKU, or product name

Click the Export button to download the full report.

Order Detail View

Click on any Order ID to open a detailed breakdown of that order. You'll see:

Order date and shipping country
Revenue, discounts, shipping, handling, and transaction costs
Product cost and gross margin
Profit margin percentage
A full breakdown of products in the order including SKU, quantity, cost, and cost source

This is helpful for reviewing order-level profitability or investigating outliers.

Tips for Using the Report

Use the product tag and order tag filters to isolate relevant groups of orders
Check gross margin regularly to monitor profitability
Use the detail view to understand high or low-margin orders
Combine with other reports like Customer Behavior or Lifetime Value for deeper insights
